NILS Application Enquiry Form - for SYDNEY METRO RESIDENTS ONLY

Before you begin, please check to ensure you are eligible

To be eligible you must :

  • LIVE IN THE SYDNEY METRO AREA - WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROCESS APPLICATIONS OUTSIDE OF NSW

  • have a health care card, pension card or

  • receive Centrelink payments or

  • earn less than $57,000 a year (after tax) single, or less than $75,000 a year (after tax) for couples or people with children and

  • have lived in your current or previous residence for at least 3 months.

LOAN ENQUIRY

  • Complete and submit this enquiry form.

  • Provide ALL Supporting Documents

You must complete the Loan Enquiry stage before we can begin to create your NILS  Application.


LOAN APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Once you complete this loan enquiry, we will begin to create your application.

  2. We will contact you to arrange a telephone interview.

  3. During your telephone interview we will help you complete your NILS application, including your personal budget.

  4. Your application will be submitted for assessment.

  5. You will be contacted with the outcome of your application within 24 - 48 hours hours after it is submitted for assessment.

  6. If your application is successful payments will be made directly to supplier and repayments will commence from Centrelink or direct deposit if required.

  • Proof of identity (Pension Card, License or Proof of Age card, Passport, Medicare, Utility bill - need 100 points of ID for first time clients)

  • Recent Centrelink INCOME Statement (also include partner's if applicable)

  • Pay slips  (also include partner's if applicable)

  • Recent 90 days bank transactions (NO MORE THAN 2 WEEKS OLD ) - see Online Banking link below - SCREEN SHOTS NOT ACCEPTED

  • Quote for goods or service with payment details 

  • We may also require the following if regular payments can not be identified from bank statement/Centrelink Income Statement: rent ledger, utility bills, proof of other committments eg loans, credit cards
